@pawprintsmg you either a) contact the administrator prior to April 15 and request the withdrawal or b) leave it as it, take the penalty, and then once you withdraw money for medical expenses in 2025, that will satisfy the requirement and the penalty will disappear on your 2025 tax return next year.
