How to add foreign income exemption

I have 108,000 deduction for working a board ,how could I apply it to my tax return?

I think you are referring to the foreign earned income exclusion. You can apply for that in the Income and Expenses section of TurboTax, then Less Common Income, then Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion.
