How to deduct Etsy fees expense

    Etsy fees are a deductible expense for your Etsy business.  You could label them "selling expenses".

     

    If you have a business, include the expenses in Schedule C.

     

    In order to report this, here are the steps:

     

    1. Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > Self-employment income and expenses > Add/Edit
    2. Edit your business
    3. Scroll to Expenses, and add the expense.
