How to file a claim

Hi, I have just finished talking to an a TurboTax associate over the phone. It looks like there has been a mistake in the way my taxes were filed in the year 2015 and it looks like it was a mistake on the turbo tax side. I was told to open up a claim on the website but I cannot find the link to do that. Can I have some help?
