How to I fill out my HSA section if I have 4 values in box 12 of my w-2?
I have a c, d, w & DD as options for values in box 12
Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax. TurboTax will automatically propagate the code-W amount to Form 8889 as an HSA contribution made through your employer.
