How to record the cost of a new motor for a lathe on the tax return

I know that it should probably be a "repairs and maintenance" expense because it is a replacement for a motor that quit. The total cost is about $350.

I don't remember where exactly on the tax return the repairs and maintenance category was.

And I don't think I have to do the "de minimis" safe harbor, do I?

I was hoping to keep it as simple as possible, since it was only $350.

What would be the best way to expense this?

We are a small family business (LLC, taxed as a partnership).

Thank you.
