i accidentally clicked yes to me having a foreign account and now i cant remove the tab

To remove foreign account information in TurboTax Online:

Select Tax Home in the left pane
On the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown on the right side of the Income & Expenses box, then select Remove/Edit
Scroll down and select the Show more dropdown to the right of Less Common Investments and Savings
Select Start or Revisit to the right of 1099-OID, Foreign Accounts
On the Miscellaneous investment income page, make any changes necessary, then select Continue
