I added only $1500 for 2020 HSA and I have limit up to $7000. So, Can I add more funds to HSA now ?

Yes, up until the due date of the return.

Mind you, this is normally April 15th. Last year they extended that deadline to July 15th, but I don't know if in all the confusion, they have done so again, so I would highly recommend making the contribution BEFORE April 15th this year (plus, no telling if the HSA custodian has any idea of an extension).

When you make the contribution to the HSA, BE SURE to tell the HSA custodian that the contribution is for tax year 2020, otherwise, they will by default apply it to tax year 2021.
