I have been in the US for  4 years. After researching I had entered my box 10 amount from 1042-s into the Withholding Not Already entered on W-2 or 1099 in the Deductions and Credits section. Is that the right way to get my refund for 1042-s?

Since you are an F1 student in the US less than 5 years, you will be filing a nonresident return.  To do so, we invite you to use our partner service of Sprintax at the following link:  Visit the TurboTax/Sprintax site
