Please follow the steps below to delete Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion on your return:

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
  3. Scroll down to “Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion” and click “Edit
  4. Say "Yes" to "Did you make any money outside the U.S.?" (even if you didn’t).
  5. On the screen "What Form(s) Was Foreign Income Reported On?" at least one box should be checked before you continue.
  6. Clear out any income numbers on the next screen.
  7. Continue through the foreign income section until you reach the screen "Do you want to try and exclude your foreign earned income?"
  8. Answer "No" then click "Continue" and follow any on-screen instructions.

If you had selected foreign income on your W-2 then please go back to the W-2 section:

  1. Click on the Search box on the top and type “W-2”
  2. Click on “Jump to W-2” and you should see the “Your W-2 info” screen
  3. Click "Edit" and continue until "Let's check for uncommon situations" screen
  4. Deselect "Worked outside the U.S." and  click "Continue"
  5. Then follow the steps above

Please see How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online? to delete the Form 2555 Foreign Earned Income Exclusion from your return.
