Question

I am buying a house and need a receipt for the processing fee for this year's taxes. Where can I obtain that?

You would have to get that from the lender.

I'm not sure why you need it for this year.  The only mortgage closing costs you can claim on your tax return for this tax year are any points you pay to reduce your interest rate and the real estate taxes you might pay upfront.

However, you can add these closing fees to the cost basis of your home when you sell it. This lowers the amount of profit that you make. This can help reduce any capital gains tax you might have to pay on your home.

Are you asking about a receipt for preparing your tax return using TurboTax?   Does your lender want to see what you paid to prepare your return?
