I am confused about how to answer the question - Is this a loan you've ever refinanced? I did refinance the first loan thus, giving me this current loan.

The loan I currently have is not the original loan I used to buy my home. So, should I answer the question yes?

Yes, if this is not the original loan you will say that you did refinance it.

If you did not take cash out, then you will answer no to the question asking about cash out.
