I am having an issue with moving on from the total sales tax rate

You can enter the Sales tax by going to 

  1. Deductions and Credits
  2. Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
  3. Sales Tax
  4. Continue with Sales Tax
  5. How do you want to enter your sales tax?  Easy Guide may work best.
  6. Your state and time period are shown
  7. Use State & Local Sales Tax Rates | 2020 Sales Tax Rates  to get rates.
  8. You will then be able to enter major purchases.
