I am having issues with itemized deductions on TT self-employed. When i view breakdown of itemized deductions, it does not include my mortgage interest from 1098. Why?

I only see property, state, and local tax (limited to 10k) and charity... yet i have significant amount of interest. I understand the limit to $1M, etc.. but I dont' understand why it doesn't show anything. As a result, TT is telling me to use the standard deduction, yet i have never done that before, even after tax law changes.

Did you enter that info in the OIH section of the Sch C ? If so check your entries there and make sure you allow the personal portion to carry to the Sch A.
