I am in review under "Home Mrtg Int Ltd Smart Wrkset item C,the ans should be Yes and it says No and I can't change it. locked No. Please tell me how to make it Yes?

In the "Deductions & Credits" tab.

1. Click Deductions & Credits at the top of the page

2. Scroll down to "Mortgage interest, refinance ...form 1098."

3. "Edit/Add"

4. Edit the 1098(s)

5. In that interview you get questions about refinancing and how the proceeds were used.

6. Change the "No" to "Yes" when you find it
