I am locked in at updating 2017 bus and home update and can't get to return I wasworking on. Help!

If you are stuck (such as the system will not advance), this is usually an internet connection issue or a computer issue. To fix this issue: 

1. Log out of your Turbo Tax account. 

2. Clear your cache, history and cookies. 

3. Log back into your account.? 

You can also try another browser after closing out of the one you are currently using.? If you are stuck for another reason, and I misunderstood, please let me know.

I turned off my modem and restarted it, it worked! thank you.
