I am self employed in real estate. Medicare insurance premiums are deducted from my social security payment. Can I deduct that under self employed health insurance?

Can i deduct my Medicare insurance premiums in Self Employment Business expense instead of Schedule A?  I am self employed in real estate.  Thanks.
