I am Uber driver and use Standard deductions (by miles) to claim my expenses. I can add the medical co-payments and medical bills to my expenses?

No.  Medical expenses are not a business deduction on the cost of health insurance premiums can be deducted if they qualify.

Medical co-payments and medical bills are itemized expenses on Schedule A if you take the itemized deduction instead of the standard deduction (this is not the same as standard mileage deduction).  These are only deductible for the amount that is above 7.5% of your AGI and if all of your itemized expenses exceed your standard deduction which is $12,000 if you are single and $24,000 if you are married filing jointly.
