I am using Self Employed Turbo Tax for my wife's business with deductions. How can I skip itemizing and go to Standard Deductions for personal side?

If you choose not to itemize deductions, skip the entire section related to mortgage, property taxes and charity in the Deductions and Credits section. Do not enter that you have any. If asked, say no.
Enter the expenses for her SE income on Schedule C.
