Solved

I bought a home in November of 2018. I received my 1098 form. Is there anything else I should be filing for property taxes?

Shouldn't be. On your 1098 it will report your mortgage interest and property taxes paid that you would be claiming on your return. You can also search your county property tax online and make sure there isn't anything that is missing from your 1098.
