You can delete the form by doing the following: Log into your account, and then click on My Account on the top of the screenThen click on Tools and select Delete a Form Scroll through the list of forms. When you find Form 8824, click Delete next to itIt will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue) The form will be deleted

I can't file my taxes because it is saying I filed Form 8824 stating I gave up my car? This is not true I need to know how to remove this form

You can delete the form by doing the following:
