I cannot fill in my medical information. I have filled in schedule A and it will not load

I tried to enter in all of my medical information, but a blank page came up. I then used Schedule A and it will not load to my tax form. What do I do now?

First, ItsDeductible is used only for Charitable donations.

In the TT tax program, go to Federal > Deductions and Credits > Medical. Do not enter directly on Schedule A.

Only the amount that is in excess of 7.5% of AGI will qualify as a Medical deduction, and your total itemized deductions must be more than the new, higher 2018 Federal Standard deduction. If not, though, they might still help on your state return.
