Question

I clicked "NO" on any foreign earned income. And turbotax added 1$ to my deduction for no reason. I think it should be 0$ and Im not able to correct it

I'm not supposed to file form 1116 as I didnt have any foreign income. But turbotax required me to answer that question. And now it has added 1$ to a deduction.

A tax form you have entered may have had foreign activity listed. If you entered either 1099-INT or 1099-Div or a K-1, there might have been an entry for foreign taxes paid. Take a look and see if something you entered did have that.
