I completed a loan modification and HUD partial claim in January 2023. Do I need to enter any information from that or just use the 1098 form I rcvd from Mortg Lender?

No, you don't have enter any information about your loan modification, unless you received a 1099-C form.

You can just enter your 1098-INT like you normally would.

If you do have a 1099-C form for cancelled debt, you have to include that in your tax return.
