The contribution is reported here: Down the left side of the screen, click Federal. Across the top of the screen, click Deductions & credits. Scroll down to HSA/MSA contributions. Click on Edit to the right. At the screen Let’s enter HSA contributions, enter contributions in the box to the right of Any contributions you personally made. See also this TurboTax Help.

I contributed HSA through my employee payroll, but the contributed amount is not shown in my W-2. I separately got 5498-SA. Where do I input that amount?
