Are you saying that you filed your 2017 and 2018 taxes in early 2019? Or are you saying that you filed your 2017 and 2018 tax forms in the current online tax system, which is for tax year 2019?

If you filed in the 2019 tax system (i.e., the current one) using 2017 and 2018 forms, then you will need to correct this. You can file tax forms only in the year to which they belong.

So, you will need to file 2017 tax forms using the 2017 tax software. This is not available using an online system. The same is true with 2018 tax forms - you will need to use 2018 tax software

To create prior year tax returns, please do the following:

As for doing your 2017 and 2018 returns, you can do it with TurboTax, but you will have to use the desktop software for each year (separately) that you will download to your computer - the Online system is only for the current tax year (2019).

For instructions on how to do this, please see this TurboTax FAQ on how to file a prior year return.

As for your 2019 return, if you put your 2017 and 2018 forms into the current online system, you may have to amend your return by removing the 2017 and 2018 forms and entering all your 2019 forms.

But first check your e-file status -

If your return is rejected for any reason, this means that your original e-filed return was not accepted by the IRS. In this case, you don’t file an amended return, but instead go back into TurboTax, fix the problem, and e-file the return again.

Note that if your return is accepted by the IRS and you need to amend the return, that form 1040X is not quite ready yet at TurboTax; it is expected to be available in early February – see this TurboTax webpage for federal forms availability.

Or look at this webpage on how to amend your return.
