If you paid property taxes in 2022 and did not enter those taxes on the 2022 tax return then you will have to amend the 2022 tax return.  Taxes paid in 2022 cannot be entered on a 2023 tax return.

On the other hand if you paid the 2022 property taxes in 2023 then you can enter those taxes paid on the 2023 return along with the 2023 property taxes you paid in 2023.

As an addendum, property taxes on personal property are an itemized SCH A deduction. Until the total of all your itemized deductions exceed your standard deduction, it makes no difference and has no impact on your tax liability. So if amending to add property taxes will not get your itemized deductions above your standard deduction, there's really no need to bother.
