I haven't filed in years. plus on top of all that I never received my tax returns from multiple jobs to file what do I need to do to get my return and file

I recommend filing your returns.

Depending upon what source of income you had, you will need to obtain the copies of your W-2 wage statements, 1099 sources of income, etc. for each year. You will report your income by the year that it was earned in.

For example, a W-2 form for 2016 would need to be reported in your 2016 tax return.
