I don,t qualify for the EIC, but the system requires me to complete the form 8862 but it doesn't let me mark "no" on thr form

Taxpayers complete Form 8862 if their Earned Income Credit (EIC), child tax credit (CTC)/additional child tax credit (ACTC) or American opportunity credit (AOTC) was reduced or disallowed for any reason other than a math or clerical error.
