I don't see my child tax credit on my expected refund amount, any ideas?

I am working through my taxes and we qualify for the CTC but it is not in my expected refund amount.

If you are eligible for the child tax credit it will be included in the federal tax refund amount. The credit will be entered on the Form 1040 Line 19 and Line 28.

You can view your Form 1040 plus Schedules 1, 2 and 3 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
