I don't understand the question "Did you put some of your HSA contributions into Alex's HSA?"

I (Alex) am included on my wife's HSA. How should we answer this question?

If you are on your wife's HSA, you answer NO- it is asking if you had a separate HSA account. Often only one spouse has the HSA and a family plan.
