I donated a Merit Drive power wheelchair with pneumatic seat lift to The Salvation Army. How would I determine the price of this power wheelchair and enter in TT?

The IRS would accept any method that you use that makes sense. You could go to a medical supply company and ask for an appraisal, get an estimate from the Salvation Army, or use a "sold" price from an E-bay ad.

It's always better to get the appraisal done before donating the item.
