Forfeited FSA amounts are not reported on your tax return. These contribution amounts are already accounted for on your W-2. If you don't use the funds, then they just go back to your employer.To enter/review/delete your W-2 in TurboTax: Open your return. Enter "w2" in the Search box (upper right of the program screen). Click on "Jump to w2" link. On Review your W-2 info screen, you can click on Add a W-2, Review or Delete (click on “Trash Can” of the appropriate W-2). Answer screen prompts.

Question

I entered $500 as a placeholder for amount of forfeited fsa for childcare. I now know the actual amount. How do I get back to the screen to change this?
