I file taxes in 2014, 2015 and 2016 with Turbo tax, 2017, 2018 with accountant.Can I amend 2018. My accountant use my Uber's info, no gas or car expenses?

If your accountant made a mistake on your 2018 return, the accountant should amend it for you. In order to use TurboTax to amend a return prepared elsewhere, you would have to purchase the desktop software, re-create the federal return EXACTLY as it looked when submitted to the IRS, then "trick" the software by telling it you are filing by mail. THEN you would have to go through the aggravation of preparing a Form 1040X to amend it. It takes the IRS about 3months to process an amended return.
