I got 1099-Corrected . so as I understand I need to use Turbo tax Amend form.

1) so once done , I will be able to file amendment electronically? or need to do it paper based?

2) will I be charged for this amendment if i have already paid while filing original return?

Assuming this is for 2023, generally the amendment for the federal return can be electronically filed. If you also have a state return to amend, it may or may not be able to be electronically filed (the list of available amendment e-file states is here).

Once you complete the amendment and go through the checkout process, TurboTax will advise if the amendment can be electronically filed or if it needs to be printed and mailed.

There generally is not an additional charge for amendments, unless an additional state is added or the amendment requires an upgrade to a higher level of TurboTax (i.e. Deluxe to Premium).
