Question

I have a checking and a savings account in foreign country. I wanted to report them. The balances are not exceed $10.000 How to do that?

@serch1984  for FBAR reporting you go to www.FinCen.gov which will direct you to BSA-eFiling and you fill out form 114  on-line.  It is not a TurboTax function.   You can also google for form 114 and you will get to the same site.
