Question

I have a passthrough entity that is not an investment in real estate and don't get a K-1,it's my business. How do I get non real estate related Schedule E forms?

More information may help resolve your issue.  For example, what type of entity is your business?

If a Schedule C self-employed business, the income doesn't get reported on Schedule E.

If a partnership or an S Corp, you should get a Schedule K-1 from the Form 1065 or Form 1120S federal return those businesses are required to file.  When you enter the K-1, your business income will be reported on Schedule E.
