I have been overseas for five years and I have two citizenships.How to file my tax?

As a US citizen, you're required to file a US tax return to report your worldwide income. You are liable for US income taxes regardless of where you live. But you may be eligible for the Foreign Earned Income exclusion and/or Foreign income tax credits.

What you have not mentioned is what you have been doing for all five years you have lived overseas.   Are you five years behind in filing U.S. tax returns?
