Question

I have Health Care Flexible Spending Account. I contribute $2,500 pre-tax and every year it is used up for Med Expenses for wife and me. Do I need to report?

Yes.

The IRS requires that if there are any contributions made to the HSA or if any money was taken out of the HSA, then you must add form 8889 to your return.

So please enter what's necessary for your HSA.
