I have not got my child credit from last month or this one can someone call me to see what’s going on or email me back

No one call you from the user forum. And no one will know what happened with your child tax credit payment. TurboTax has no involvement with those payments. Those payments are issued by the IRS. We can tell you that if you have an amended return in the system then that affects your eligibility for the monthly payment and you will not get the payment(s). But you can get the rest of the child tax credit on your 2021 tax return when you file it in 2022.
