I have to drive 606 miles ever two weeks to get to work can i deduct mileage?

No. You cannot deduct the mileage. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act eliminated the miscellaneous itemized deduction for unreimbursed employee business expenses.

 

Because you travel to the same work place, your mileage would also be considered commuting. If you are traveling to your "tax home," your regular place of business or post of duty, regardless of where you maintain your family home, the miles are considered commuting miles. Commuting miles are never deductible.
