I have to let my ex claim my child for tax credit on 2017 taxes per Court order but now I do not know how to do my taxes without that tax credit?

If you are the custodial parent (the one the child lives with more during the year) you can claim the Earned Income Credit and the Child Care Credit (if you otherwise qualify) even if the other parent is claiming the dependency exemption
