Question

I have two pieces of property on which I paid real estate taxes. Can I enter the amounts individually?

No, if you are just reporting that you paid real estate tax on property that you owned, then you will need to add the amounts and only enter the total real estate taxes paid.

There is a separate entry for real estate tax paid for your primary home, and real estate tax paid for a rental property is entered as part of the rental income and expenses for each individual property.  Other than those exceptions, all other real estate tax must be reported as a single amount.

Take a look at the following TurboTax help article for guidance:

Where do I enter my real estate (property) taxes in TurboTax Online?
