Solved

I have W-2 and 1042-S (with income code 19 and exemption code 04). But, I'm not under tax treaty exemption any more. Do I need to file Form8833 and mail my document?

If you are no longer a nonresident and you are not disclosing a treaty based return position, then you do not need to file Form 8833.

Then, I also don't have to mail all my other tax document and just e-file them? Thank you.
