I have W2 and 1099. Can you deduct health insurance premium from 1099?

I have 2 job ... W2 and 1099. And W2 job dose Not provide health insurance, so I pay my health insurance myself. Can you deduct health insurance premium from 1099?

    You can enter your health care premiums paid as a self-employed expense.  The amount of the premiums paid will be reported on your Form 1040 as an Adjustment to income, Schedule 1 Line 29.
