I just filed my 2018 federal tax return with the standard deduction. However, I need the charitable donation amount . How do I locate it without amending my return?

You need to trick the program into allowing you reentry.
Click "add a state." While you won't actually do it, you can then access your Deductions & Credits portion of your return to see your charity entries.
