If you have a code "W" in box 12 on your W-2 form, then you have an HSA account through your employer.

If not and you don't have a personal HSA account, then you can see if you have a form 8889 in your program and delete it as such:

1. Find the Tax Tools option on your left menu bar and click on it

2. Click on Tools

3. Find Delete a Form and click on it

4. Look for form 8889 in the list of forms and click on the option to delete it
