Not on your federal return if it's just for rent.Unless this is considered to be a payment on a loan to purchase the mobile home, or if it is considered to be property tax.

However, there is a deduction for rent on your personal residence on your Massachusetts state return. Mobile homes qualify. You can enter this information in TurboTax when you prepare your state return.
