I live in a foreign country and I'm self employed can I deduct taxes on air condition and internet even though they are paid for in another country?

Yes, you can do it. If you are a self-employed U.S. citizen or resident, the rules for paying self-employment tax are generally the same whether you are living in the United States or abroad. You can deduct internet and air conditioner as business expenses if you use it for you business.
