I'm being asked to check my charitable contributions, and it tells me the number has an unacceptable value. Why is this? The number is accurate.

It wants me to change box 10b for Form 1040, my answer is $70.74, but it doesn't like that.

Tax returns report numbers round up or down to a whole dollar.
